TechUET (techuet.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on TechUET infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our website (include the full URL)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner

We will review all valid DMCA notices and respond promptly, typically within 5 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a Federal District Court in your jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
It is TechUET's policy to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Good Faith
Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are not sure whether the content in question infringes your copyright, please consult a legal professional before filing a notice.
